Bread, jam, salty pâté, cereals, seasonal fruit, juice, tea, coffee come from attentive and passionate producers, known for their ambitious and constant pursuit of excellence.
On request gluten and lactose free products are available.
Alternatively, there is an on-site café offering croissants, espresso and cappuccino (at an extra cost).
THE COWS OF GUGLIELMO
Guglielmo’s cows are all Italian Frieisian, born and raised close to the hills of Monzuno in the province of Bologna.
Guglielmo Fontanelli, the owner, has invested in a short food supply chain: his cow’s milk is bottled and pasteurized in loco, on the spot.
The cows live comfortably and are protected from pollution: they have never tasted any kind of fermented hay or silage: the milk they produce is the true taste of fresh milk.
L’ALBERO DEL CAFFÈ
L’Albero del Caffè is an artisanal coffee roasting company in Anzola, in the province of Bologna.
They produce high quality, certified-organic coffee produced by cooperatives, working together with the growers on the plantations to ensure a fair purchase price, training and technical assistance. Furthermore, they hire underprivileged people, understanding the curative and therapeutic qualities that care and attention for coffee offers.
The espresso coffee blend combines different single-origins from Tanzania, India Nilgiri, India Bilgiris, Nicaragua, and Ethiopia Wotto na Bultuma.
